By Brooke Arceneaux

A week or so ago, I followed this prompt and had so much fun taking a photo an hour. Some of you saw it happen in real time over on my Instagram feed under the #photoanhour & #coveredingrace hashtags. But for those of you who missed it…check out the day via this

This much I know is true.

By Brooke Arceneaux

This Much I Know Is True

This much I know is true

Happiness is a choice and deep laugh lines are beautiful.

The assumptions that other people make about your character do not dictate who you are; but they sure do reveal a lot about other people.

Girls can be bitches. All of us.

Confidence is one of the sexiest things that a woman can wear. So are plain, old t-shirts.

Traffic will always be bad and drivers will always be dumb. You ARE traffic.

There is healing in affectionate touch; sometimes a cheek pressed to a forehead is more powerful than Aspirin.

Either you like bacon or you are wrong.

Most good things in life take hard work.

A child’s imagination is one of the most brilliant things in the world.

Learning to laugh at yourself is important. Life is too sweet to take everything so seriously.

And watching babies eating lemons never gets old. Never.
